Since our establishment, we have focused our efforts on managing SIO’s real-estate portfolio efficiently with optimal investment risks and delivering above-market returns. With that in mind, we have rolled out a strategic investment plan in order to achieve tangible returns through a diversified portfolio.

Our purpose has always been and continues to be to enrich communities and strengthen local business activities across the Kingdom. We aspire to serve our beloved Kingdom by taking on projects that aim to raise the standard of offerings in both mixed-use and residential projects in line with the National Economic Vision 2030.
